Refund and cancellation policy

AgriGlobal is a BolantoSoft product. Subscription orders and payments are recorded manually by the platform team, which is the contact for buyer support and refunds.

30-day refund period

You may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Requests may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or material misuse. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Subscription cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time through the platform team. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges; access continues until that date unless a refund or applicable law requires earlier termination.

Email info@agriglobal.bolantosoft.com to request help. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
